We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This lets us offer the time to another client. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling so we can stay on time for other guests.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services will be handled in the courts located in Riverside County, California.
